Getting the members of our household to eat healthier is a daily struggle for most of us especially if you have younger children in the household. What I noticed the first thing was the Bento Lunch Boxes were a really nice size. There are three different compartments to keep the foods separated. The largest compartment is about 5 inches by 5.5 inches and is 2 inches deep. This compartment is large enough for a sandwich, salads, leftovers, vegetables, cheese and meat slices or even a slice of pizza. The small compartments measure 3 inches by 3 inches and are also 2 inches deep. What great size for salad dressings, salad toppings like cheese and croutons. These smaller compartments are also great for cottage cheese, fruit, and dips or just about anything. The colorful lids add to the appeal for children, but the lids are so much more. The colorful lids are designed with small ridges the lock in the compartments contents. No more worries about your foods mixing together or turning to mush. The lids are easy to snap into place and to take off without spilling the contents too which is great for children.
These Eco-friendly Bento Lunch boxes are made durable and will hold up to daily usage. They are microwave safe as well as dishwasher safe. These lunch boxes are BPA, PVC and phthales free. Packing a lunch can be as easy as packing leftovers or why not let your children help by picking out the things they want to pack. If they help they will eat what is packed instead of throwing it out. Maybe a family member has special dietary needs the Bento Lunch boxes could be used to prepare lunches or even their dinner meals ahead of time. Overall, I found the Bento Lunch boxes to be well made and sturdy. I even like that I can put leftover in them and toss them in the freezer for later in the week. I like the idea of being able to pack leftovers from each night and having either lunch or a quick leftover dinner ready. The lunch boxes hold a surprising amount of food. I also like that the flavors do not mingle together. The Bento lunch boxes store nicely by nestling inside of each other when not in use. The Bento Lunch boxes are sold in a set of 4. I am completely happy with the performance of the Bento Lunch boxes and the surprisingly amount of food that they hold. With these lunch boxes there is no need for those tasteless prepackages lunches or frozen dinners. Not only will you be eating healthier, but you will be saving money too.
