The first thing I notice about these lights was even when they are not lite up they still have a beautiful look to them. Oh, but when they are lite up they are completely gorgeous! This beautiful set of LED starry string lights are strung along a thin copper wire. What is unique to these copper wire set is the remote control that allow you to choose an array of different function setting as well as brightness. There are three different lighting modes, flash, strobe and fade. You can choose between 10 brightness levels. The LED lights are strung every 4 inches along 20 feet of copper wire. Even after 14 hours of consistent usage the lights are cool and safe to touch. These are energy efficient lights. The copper wire is flexible and can be twisted without fear of breakage. However, twisted and bending the copper wired over and over again will lead to breakage. The copper wire has a special coating that makes it waterproof, but the adapter is not.
