I have owned just about every non-stick pan on the market today. I have found some real duds, but the 12″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri, with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany is not one of them. As you can see from a previous post I do like these pans. When I find a pan that impresses me as much as the Ozeri Green Earth pans do I stick with it because I know I will not be disappointed.
What impresses me about this pan is the all of the special details that went into the craftsmanship of this amazing pan. This pan is a true non-stick pan that has no toxic fumes that are released when using this pan even at high heats like other non-stick pans. The surface seems to be more durable and resist scratches. The pan comes with a green felt flower shaped insert to protect the pans cooking surface which is a nice bonus. The Green Earth frying pan is made of die cast aluminum and it has some nice heft to it. I found when cooking with the pan that my food was browning evenly and that the pan held its heat really well. The cooking surface of the pan has a honey comb appearance that creates little air pockets to promote even cooking.

Overall, I found the 12″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri, with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany to be quite amazing. I followed the directions and I washed the pan then used 1 tsp of cooking oil to prep the pan before using. When cooking an omelet in this pan it slide perfectly out of the pan. What is great about cooking with this pan is I used less than a teaspoon of butter to cook my omelet which means less fat and calories. I have not had one thing stick in this pan. I like that the surface has a100% ceramic coating. I like that the pan is easy to clean. I am completely satisfied with this wonderful non-stick pan! I would recommend the 12″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri, with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany!
